I like getting to know the buyers I work for, what they are really looking for and their needs…. Schools, pets, location and size of the family, if they are planning on growing. When we drive, I like them being in my car, so we can talk and learn more, talk about the areas we are in and how far or close things that interest them are. Then get the right area and start looking at houses that fit my buyers. As a Licensed Home Inspector, as we look at homes, I have a eye that most realtors don’t and if there are issues that may be a problem, then maybe we walk or if buyer loves the house we get the seller to address those issues. Negotiations on the price and anything else will start and submit a contract that the buyer feels is appropriate.
